| March 15, 2013: | Notification of acceptance. Notification of competition first round results. |
| April 1, 2013: | Tuition due. Submission of your performance repertoire due. Second round competition repertoire due (only for participants selected for second round) |
| May 15, 2013: | Notification of solo, chamber music and collaborative assignments. |
| June 1, 2013: | Submission of arrival and departure information (airport, date, time, flight no.) due. |
| July 09, 2013: | Arrival day |
| July 29, 2013: | Departure day |
